The Ministry of Education requires 180 days of instruction for Kindergarten to Grade 12 per school year. With at least six hours of instruction per day, UWC Thailand has well over 1,000 hours of instruction annually. School usually starts on the second week of August every year, and the academic year generally ends on the second last week of June.
