UWC Thailand aims to recruit amazing human beings. If you are a passionate, dynamic, and emotionally intelligent educator who is energised by working with and around young people, contact us today.

Ready To Inspire Change?

Our recruitment of educators generally occurs November through January, but positions may be listed and filled on a rolling basis throughout the year. Educators with previous UWC and/or IB experience, personal experience with (or openness to) mindfulness practices and those with a desire to be involved in the residential life of the school are at a distinct advantage. The recruitment of non-educational staff also occurs on a rolling basis throughout the year. Interested applicants are encouraged to visit our employment page frequently. For educational and non-educational positions alike, applicants must have a strong alignment with the UWC Thailand International School mission and values as they are essential to everything that we do.

Teaching Positions

To Apply for a TEACHING Position

Due to the volume of applications we receive, only those applicants short-listed will be contacted for an interview, but please do not let that dissuade you from applying again in the future. Interviews and appointments occur on a rolling basis, so early application is advised as we reserve the right to deviate from any published deadlines or procedures if a great candidate is found. For questions not answered by our school website or Schrole page, enquiries can also be made to HR by emailing saowalak.c@uwcthailand.ac.th
